These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site, our online courses, and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site or using our Services (including by purchasing a course), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Site or our Services.
Account Creation: To access most Services, including purchasing and enrolling in courses, you must register for a user account ("Account").
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any harm or damage caused by someone using your Account without your permission.
Account Security: You must keep your password and account information confidential. You may not share your account login credentials with any other person. You must notify us immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your Account.
Account Closure: You may terminate your Account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account if you are found to be in breach of these Terms.
Payment: By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the fees listed on the Site at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or process your credit card information directly.
Limited License: Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content you have purchased, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.No Other Rights: This license does not grant you any right to resell, share, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works from the course content. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the Company.
"Lifetime" Access: "Lifetime access" (if offered) refers to access for the life of the course's availability on our platform. We reserve the right to retire, update, or remove courses at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with notice if a course you have purchased is scheduled to be retired.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7-days of your purchase date.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:
You have consumed a significant portion (e.g., more than 30%) of the course content.
You have previously been refunded for the same course.
We detect fraudulent refund activity or abuse of our refund policy.

All Services, including the Site, its design, logos, text, graphics, and all course materials (videos, lectures, quizzes, downloadable resources, etc.), are the sole property of the Company and/or its instructors and licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our content except as explicitly permitted by the license granted in Section 2.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Company, its users, or any third party. You are explicitly prohibited from:
Sharing your Account login credentials.
Downloading (other than caches or explicitly provided downloadable resources), screen-recording, copying, or distributing any course content.
Using any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering or extraction methods.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, the Site, or other users' accounts.
Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our staff.
Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Using the Services to promote any commercial venture or for any purpose not related to your personal education.
No Guarantees of Success: The courses provided are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding your ability to achieve any specific personal or professional outcome (such as getting a job, earning income, or mastering a skill) as a result of using our Services.
"As Is" Service: The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Instructor Content: While we vet our instructors, we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or opinions expressed within the course content. Any reliance on the course content is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any course content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) Your use of and access to the Services; (b) Your violation of any of these Terms; (c) Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
If we terminate your Account for a breach of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your City, State/Country], rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
